About HopeNation: HopeNation Campus is a wholly owned company within 3LS Ventures, an investor and incubator based in Nashville that supports early-stage mental and behavioral health companies. HopeNation Campus partners with college campuses to promote student wellbeing by delivering a comprehensive somatic-based intervention to college students referred by the college counseling center.

Description: We are actively seeking an experienced Somatic-Based Therapist with a specialization in trauma and expertise in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and/or Brainspotting. In this crucial role, you will provide trauma-informed therapy according to a HopeNation-designed program to help students navigate and heal from traumatic experiences. In this role, you will be collaborating with college campus health professionals to assessing client needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic sessions to foster recovery and promote healing and wellness. You will have direct interaction with students managing the full care model from intake to discharge. In addition to delivering clinical services, HopeNation Campus has a check-in app that administers prompts to students which are used in your clinical sessions with students. Finally, the HopeNation Campus program develops hope-centered skills with each student served to ensure the student has a toolkit of behaviors and skills that can be used after discharge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Have a proven track record of facilitating healing through innovative modalities and be specifically trained in EMDR and/or Brainspotting
• Be deeply empathetic, a team player, and a proactive professional passionate about enhancing student mental health and emotional resilience.
• Hold a deep entrepreneurial spirit committed to building our business and our brand.
• Demonstrate ability to adhere strictly to ethical and confidentiality guidelines.
• Proven experience in somatic therapies and telehealth setting that includes responsiveness and accountability.
• Familiarity with clinical care models and experience in handling intensive therapeutic sessions.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-driven environment.
• Proficiency in handling telehealth platforms.

Qualifications: Must hold a degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Certified in EMDR and/or Brainspotting, with experience in providing these therapies. Candidates must maintain liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000.00 and provide proof of insurance. Licensing credentials must be kept in good standing with the Tennessee Licensed Professional Counseling Board.
